AI & Salesforce consultant UK — take the guided AI tour with Alice
So what does JourneyForce actually do?
Everything above is how it feels. Out of the rabbit hole, here is the work itself — four ways in, from a free conversation to a fully managed agent.
The free AI audit
Ten minutes on a call with Alice about how your business actually runs. You get a written map of where AI helps — and where it honestly doesn't.

A managed agent built from the tools you already use — set up from £1,450 +VAT, looked after from £300 +VAT a month. Always starts with the free audit.
How it worksAI consulting & data readiness
For bigger programmes: AI strategy, governance, and the data foundations underneath it — 88% of AI projects stall on data, not technology.

Questions people ask first
- What does JourneyForce do?
- JourneyForce is a UK-based AI and Salesforce consultancy. For small businesses we run a free AI voice audit with Alice, practical Getting Started with Claude sessions, and a managed AI in a Box service. For larger organisations we deliver Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud health checks, data readiness assessments for AI, and managed technology services.
- Where are you based, and which areas do you cover?
- We are based at Gawcott in Buckinghamshire, about two miles from Buckingham town centre. We regularly work with businesses in Buckingham, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Bicester, Brackley and Winslow, and travel to Oxford and Northampton for larger engagements. Anywhere within roughly a thirty-minute drive, meeting in person is straightforward.
- What is the free AI audit?
- A ten-minute voice conversation with Alice, JourneyForce's AI guide, about how your business actually runs. You receive a written summary of where AI genuinely helps your business — and where it doesn't — with no charge and no obligation. A fair number of businesses are told AI is not worth their money yet, which is a legitimate answer.
- How much does AI training for a small business cost?
- Getting Started with Claude is £395 +VAT per session and the whole team is welcome — we do not charge per person. Half-day workshops are £750 +VAT. If something needs building, AI in a Box is £1,450 +VAT to set up and £300 a month to run, with usage caps published up front. Every price is on our packages page rather than quoted after a discovery call.
- How much does Salesforce consulting cost in the UK?
- JourneyForce offers Sales Cloud health checks from £3,500 +VAT, Marketing Cloud health checks from £8,000 +VAT, and data readiness assessments from £5,000 +VAT. Managed service retainers start from £2,000 per month, on monthly rolling terms with no lock-in.
- We already use ChatGPT. Do we need a consultant?
- Possibly not, and we will say so. Individual use of ChatGPT for drafting is genuinely useful and needs no consultant. The reason to bring someone in is when you want a repeated business process rebuilt around AI, rather than individuals each saving a few minutes. That is a different exercise, and it is the one that changes operating costs.
- Do you work with small businesses, or only large organisations?
- Both. Most of our local work is with small businesses of roughly five to fifty staff, and most of our Salesforce work is with mid-market and enterprise teams. A five-person firm answering the same customer questions all day often sees more measurable value from AI than a large organisation with committees to convince.
