Getting started with Claude, at a price a small business can say yes to
Fixed prices, published up front, built for local businesses rather than IT departments. No day rates, no scoping call before you know what it costs, no subscription. Most people arrive here after the free AI audit, which tells you whether any of this is worth paying for in the first place.
Running a bigger programme — data architecture, Salesforce, AI governance? That is a different conversation, and it lives on our AI and data consulting page.
Two ways to start
Both are one-off payments. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
Getting Started with Claude
For a small business that keeps hearing it should be using AI and wants a straight answer about where to start.
90 minutes · online, on a video call
- We work on your actual jobs — quotes, emails, notes, spreadsheets — not a demo account
- Claude set up on your machine and left working when we leave
- Bring whoever would use it; the price is for the session, not per person
- A short written recap afterwards, so nobody has to take notes
£395 +VAT
Half-day workshop
For a team that has already had a go at AI and wants everyone working the same way, on the jobs that actually eat the week.
Half a day, around three and a half hours · online, on a video call
- A look at your week beforehand, so we arrive knowing what to work on
- Three or four of your real tasks built out and tested with the team on the call
- Prompts and short instructions written down and left with you
- A written summary of what we built and what to try next
£750 +VAT
AI in a Box
For businesses that want the thing built and looked after rather than learning to build it themselves. We set up the tools around one or two jobs that eat your week — quoting, booking, chasing, writing things up — then keep them running and adjust them as the work changes. You can choose from four kinds of agent — voice, research, marketing or coding — depending on which job you want handled.
£1,450 +VAT setup, then from £300 +VAT a month
There is no buy button here on purpose. What it costs to run depends on what you need running, and we would rather find that out than guess. So it goes: the free audit first, then a short written proposal with a fixed monthly figure, then an invoice if you are happy with it. Nothing starts until you say so, and the monthly arrangement is cancellable with a month's notice.
Questions people ask before they buy
- How does payment work?
- You pay by card through Stripe when you book. JourneyForce never sees or stores your card details. You get a receipt straight away and a proper VAT invoice by email, so it goes through your books like any other business expense.
- Is VAT included in the price?
- No. JourneyForce Ltd is UK VAT-registered, and all prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate is added on top, so the intro session comes to £395 +VAT and the half-day workshop to £750 +VAT. If you are VAT-registered yourself, you reclaim it as usual.
- What happens after I buy?
- Stripe sends you back to a booking page where you pick a time that suits you from our calendar. You will get a confirmation email with the appointment and a couple of short questions about your business, so we arrive already knowing roughly what you do.
- Is the price per person or per session?
- Per session. Bring whoever would actually use it onto the call — for most small businesses that is the whole team, and it works better that way. There is no per-head charge; if you have more than about a dozen people, tell us beforehand so we can structure the session to fit.
- Can you come to us in person?
- Sessions run online by default — it keeps the price where it is and means you can book a slot that suits you rather than waiting for a visit. If you would rather do it in person, ask when you book and we will quote for it; whether it works depends on where you are and the diary.
- What if I am not sure it is worth it yet?
- Then do not buy anything. Start with the free AI audit — a ten-minute phone conversation and a written summary of where AI could save you time, at no cost and with no obligation. Plenty of businesses read the summary, decide the answer is not much, and we leave it there.
