Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the JourneyForce website and set out the basis on which JourneyForce Ltd (“JourneyForce”, “we”, “us”) provides information and consulting services. JourneyForce Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Sunrise Gable, Hillesden Road, Gawcott, MK18 4JF. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

1. Using this website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties that it is complete, error-free, or up to date, and it does not constitute professional advice. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.

2. Consulting services

Information on this website about our Salesforce, AI, and data-readiness services is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work agreed between you and JourneyForce, which sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. In the event of any conflict, that engagement agreement takes precedence over these website terms.

3. Fees and pricing

Any prices shown on this website are indicative starting points to help you plan and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Actual fees for an engagement are confirmed in your proposal or statement of work. Payment terms are as stated in that document.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to JourneyForce and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or exploit our content commercially without our prior written consent. Ownership of deliverables produced during a consulting engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

Where you engage us, you agree to provide timely access to the people, systems, and information we reasonably need to deliver the services, and you warrant that you are authorised to do so. The quality and timeliness of our work may depend on the accuracy and completeness of what you provide.

6. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement as confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law. Full confidentiality provisions are set out in your engagement agreement.

7. Third-party services and links

This website may link to or embed third-party services (for example, scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party websites and services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our consulting services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Except as expressly stated, this website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is capped and allocated as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of what we collect and how we use it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date above, is the one that applies to your use of the website.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
