Everyone keeps telling small businesses they should be “using AI”. Almost nobody tells you which bit, or whether it is worth the bother for a firm your size. So we built something that answers that in one short conversation, and costs you nothing.

You will be speaking with an AI assistant, not a person. It asks the questions, you answer out loud, and it takes notes. A human at JourneyForce reviews every summary before it is used for anything else.

How does the free AI audit work?

You press the button
Your browser asks to use your microphone — the call only starts once you allow it. What you say is transcribed, and we keep the transcript to write your summary. You can hang up at any point.

You answer some questions
What your business does, how the work actually gets done, which jobs eat your week. Ordinary questions, ordinary answers — no preparation needed.

That is the only detail we ask for. We use it to send the summary and nothing else.

A person here reads it over before it goes out, so allow a working day. Yours to keep, act on, or ignore.

A short written summary by email, free, whether or not you ever speak to us again.

- Smaller changes with a rough idea of the effort involved and what you should expect to get out of them.

- If it looks worth going further, we'll suggest one. If it doesn't, we'll say that too.
Part 3 of 3 — the catch
So what's the catch? Not much of one
We do this because a good chunk of the businesses we speak to turn out to have one obvious job worth automating, and some of them ask us to help with it afterwards. If yours doesn't, you keep the summary and we'll leave you alone. We'll only follow up if you say yes during the call, and we won't pass your details on. If you do want help afterwards, the paid work starts at £395 +VAT for a 90-minute session — the prices are all on the packages page, so nobody has to ask.
