Coding Agent

Builds the software your business is missing — a website, a booking page, an internal tool.

What it does

  • Websites that actually convert: your services, prices and booking in front of local customers
  • Booking and ordering pages connected to your diary and your phone
  • Internal tools: the job sheet, quote builder or rota that currently lives on paper
  • Simple apps for your team or your customers where one genuinely earns its keep
  • Built fast, tested properly, and handed over with everything documented

What that looks like

A café's ordering page, live in a week: the menu, collection slots, payments — orders print in the kitchen, and the owner changes prices herself from her phone.

The three parts, for this one

Every agent is an idea, plus your context, plus your process. Here is how that reads for the coding agent.

The idea
“We need a proper website / people should be able to book online / this paper system is killing us.”
Your context
Your services, prices, brand, and the systems the new thing must talk to — diary, till, payment account.
Your process
How the job flows today on paper or in your head — the software follows your process, not the other way round.
The outcome
Customers who find you, book you and pay you online. Paper processes that become ten-second taps.

What it needs from you

A conversation about what you need and why, your branding if you have it (we can help if you don't), and access to anything it must connect to. Most builds ship in one to three weeks.

How it's run

  • Care plan: hosting, security updates and small changes included
  • Real support from the people who built it — no ticket queue abroad
  • Improvements proposed from how it's actually used
  • Care plan cancellable with a month's notice; the build is yours to keep either way

What it costs

£2,500 +VAT setup, then from £200 +VAT a month care plan

From-price is per project, fixed in your proposal before we start. The build is yours outright.

There is no buy button here on purpose. What it costs depends on what it has to do, and we would rather find that out than guess: the free audit first, then a short written proposal with a fixed figure, then an invoice if you are happy with it.

Questions people ask about the coding agent

Do I own what you build?
Yes, outright — code, content, domain, everything. The care plan keeps it healthy, but you're never locked in.
Why is this cheaper than an agency quote?
Because our coding agents do the heavy lifting and our humans do the judgment. You get agency-grade work at a price a small business can say yes to — it's the same way we built our own site.
