Marketing Agent

Creates and publishes your marketing — posts, emails, follow-ups — in your voice, on schedule.

What it does

  • Drafts and publishes social posts on a schedule you set — your photos, your voice, your news
  • Email campaigns: offers, seasonal pushes, the newsletter you keep meaning to send
  • Lead nurture: every enquiry gets a follow-up sequence instead of silence
  • Win-back messages: lapsed customers and no-shows, contacted politely and on time
  • Everything drafted for your approval first — nothing publishes without your yes, until you loosen the reins

What that looks like

A salon's month: twelve posts drafted from this month's photos on the 1st, approved over coffee, published through the month; no-shows get a friendly rebooking text the same day; December's gift-voucher email goes out while the owner cuts hair.

The three parts, for this one

Every agent is an idea, plus your context, plus your process. Here is how that reads for the marketing agent.

The idea
“I know I should post and follow up — it's the first thing that slips when we're busy.”
Your context
Your photos, your tone (we learn it from how you actually write), your services, your quiet periods that need filling.
Your process
What you'd send and when, if you had a spare day a week: the offers that work, the customers worth a nudge.
The outcome
A consistent presence without the Sunday-night scramble. Enquiries followed up while they're warm. Quiet weeks filled deliberately.

What it needs from you

Access to your social accounts and email list (proper consented lists only — we follow UK marketing law to the letter), a folder of photos, and one conversation about your voice. Setup takes about two weeks including your first approved month of content.

How it's run

  • A monthly content calendar drafted for your approval
  • Publishing, scheduling and follow-ups run for you
  • A plain-English monthly report: what went out, what it brought in
  • Cancellable with a month's notice

What it costs

£1,250 +VAT setup, then from £450 +VAT a month

Cadence (posts and emails per month) fixed in your proposal.

There is no buy button here on purpose. What it costs depends on what it has to do, and we would rather find that out than guess: the free audit first, then a short written proposal with a fixed figure, then an invoice if you are happy with it.

Questions people ask about the marketing agent

Will it sound like AI wrote it?
It's trained on how you actually talk to customers, and you approve everything before it publishes. If a draft doesn't sound like you, that's a tuning problem we fix — not something you live with.
Is this legal for email marketing?
We only ever send to properly consented lists and follow UK marketing rules to the letter — it's the same discipline we apply to our own marketing.
